Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual fund accounting reports with high accuracy.
- Perform daily cash and bank reconciliations to ensure balances are correct.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control policies.
- Communicate effectively with external partners and internal stakeholders regarding account status.
- Perform variance analysis and investigate discrepancies in financial records.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Fund Accounting or Asset Management.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a strong advantage.
- Working knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups).
- Ability to work effectively in a night shift schedule.
