Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations for various fund structures.
- Reconcile cash, stock, and position records with prime brokers and custodians.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies and regulatory requirements governing fund activities.
- Manage the end-to-end financial statement preparation process, including audit support.
- Calculate management and performance fees, including ensuring accurate investor allocations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve trade breaks and accounting discrepancies.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new fund structures and client accounts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA).
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in fund accounting, audit, or related financial services roles.
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and GAAP accounting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Proven ability to work in a hybrid/remote-capable environment with strong virtual communication skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset.
