As a Fund Accountant, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations, financial reporting, and maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance for our diverse portfolio of investment funds. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations.
- Perform comprehensive reconciliations of cash, positions, and trades against custodian and prime broker reports.
- Manage corporate action processing and ensure accurate reflection in the accounting records.
- Monitor and record fund expenses, management fees, and performance fees accurately.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary supporting documentation for annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with investment guidelines and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Resolve complex accounting discrepancies by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the team lead in process improvements and system automation initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA license is a significant advantage).
- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in Fund Accounting or Investment Operations.
- Solid knowledge of financial products including Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and FX.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Investran, Advent Geneva, or equivalent) and MS Excel (advanced level).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Must be willing to work on a night shift schedule in Pasay City.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote or office-based setting.
