As a Fund Accounting Analyst, you will be responsible for performing daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations of fund accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate financial records. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations of fund accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records with attention to detail
- Prepare and maintain reconciliation reports for review by senior management
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting issues and improve processes
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls
- Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Assist in the development and implementation of new accounting procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fund accounting or reconciliation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, or similar) is a plus
