We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fund Accounting Analyst to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, facilitating seamless operations for our global clients. You will handle complex reconciliations, analyze financial variances, and support the month-end close process. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily and monthly fund accounting reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and review general ledger accounts, trial balances, and financial statements.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close procedures, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory reporting requirements and internal control frameworks.
- Collaborate with operations and relationship managers to resolve complex accounting issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fund accounting or reconciliation roles.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
