Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily fund accounting operations including NAV calculations and reconciliations
- Oversee trade settlements, corporate actions, and expense allocations
- Prepare and review financial statements, regulatory filings, and investor reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with portfolio management teams to maintain accurate financial data
- Implement and improve accounting policies and operational procedures
- Assist in annual audits and manage external auditor relationships
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3-5 years' experience in fund accounting or operations
- Strong knowledge of hedge fund structures and accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail with problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
