In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial reporting processes for a diverse portfolio of real estate and infrastructure investments.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise the day-to-day fund accounting operations for Real Assets portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate NAV delivery.
- Review complex financial statements, partner capital accounts, and workpapers prepared by the team.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders regarding fund performance and reporting queries.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new funds and ensure all operational procedures align with Citco's global standards.
- Mentor, train, and provide performance feedback to junior team members to foster professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements, identifying areas for process improvement.
- Coordinate with global offices to streamline reporting workflows and resolve complex accounting issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA license is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in fund accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate or infrastructure fund structures, including waterfall and hurdle calculations.
- Strong proficiency in GAAP/IFRS reporting standards relevant to investment funds.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with fund accounting software (e.g., Investran, Yardi) is a strong advantage.
