Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor high-performing fund accounting teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of NAV and trade reconciliations.
- Manage complex lifecycle events, trade settlements, and corporate actions with a high degree of precision.
- Drive operational resilience by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing scalable, automated solutions.
- Partner with global stakeholders, internal audit, and compliance teams to ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Oversee the resolution of high-level accounting escalations and maintain effective communication with clients and custodians.
- Participate in strategic initiatives to enhance the fund accounting infrastructure and reporting capabilities.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for senior management reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; CPA or CFA designation is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in fund accounting, investment operations, or financial services, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and complex financial instruments.
- Proven track record of managing operational risk and delivering projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high proficiency in financial systems and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing senior-level stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of global regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
