Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily fund administration tasks, including trade processing, reconciliation, and NAV calculations.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely and professional resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline operational workflows and improve service efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and data analysis for stakeholders and management.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the fund management system.
- Support the onboarding process for new funds and institutional clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in fund administration, banking, or financial operations.
- Strong understanding of investment funds, financial instruments, and market regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with fund accounting software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build client relationships.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
