Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new funds, clients, and financial products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough reconciliations of various financial data, transactions, and statements to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure strict adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements, internal policies, and compliance procedures during the onboarding lifecycle.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports related to fund activities, providing insights and ensuring data integrity.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments (e.g., legal, operations, sales) and external stakeholders (e.g., custodians, fund managers).
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and overall quality of onboarding operations.
- Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation of all onboarding activities, client communications, and relevant agreements.
- Provide support for audit requests and assist in the resolution of complex issues related to fund administration.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in fund accounting, fund administration, client onboarding, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Solid understanding of investment fund structures, financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., anti-money laundering, KYC).
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial reconciliation processes and preparing accurate financial reports.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, particularly within a night shift schedule.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external parties.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); experience with financial software or fund administration platforms is a distinct advantage.
