Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate fund accounting records and ledgers.
- Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Reconcile bank statements and inter-company accounts on a regular basis.
- Liaise with investors regarding fund performance and operational inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation.
- Support the Fund Manager with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in fund operations or asset management.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s financial regulations (MAS) is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
