Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily financial reconciliations to ensure accuracy in ledger entries and account balances.
- Assist in maintaining organized and up-to-date digital records for all fund-related transactions.
- Prepare and analyze daily cash flow reports to support management decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Liaise with banking partners to ensure timely processing of fund transfers and document updates.
- Support the documentation and implementation of updated operational workflows.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure compliance with company financial policies.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new financial technologies.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
