Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end fund operations including trade settlement, NAV calculation, and investor communications
- Develop and implement robust operational frameworks ensuring compliance with MAS regulations and industry best practices
- Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
- Optimize operational processes through automation and technology integration to enhance efficiency and reduce risks
- Collaborate with investment, finance, and compliance teams to ensure seamless operational workflows
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements for critical operational support functions

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of fund operations experience with at least 3 years in managerial role
- Deep expertise in Singapore regulatory environment (MAS) and fund administration standards
- Proven track record of leading operational transformations in financial services
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data and operational metrics
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with demonstrated success in team development and mentorship
- Advanced proficiency in fund accounting systems (e.g., InvestOne, SimCorp) and operational technologies
