Citco is a global leader in fund administration and corporate services. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Fund Services Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Vice President and oversee the daily operations of our fund administration services. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a team of professionals. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and supervise the daily operations of the fund administration team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure strict compliance with local regulations, including MAS guidelines and international standards.
- Prepare, review, and verify regulatory reports, NAV calculations, and financial statements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing queries and resolving complex issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize workflows.
- Mentor and train junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Assist in the preparation of audits and year-end closing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or CIMA is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fund administration, preferably within a global custodian or alternative investment firm.
- Strong understanding of fund structures including hedge funds, private equity, and UCITS.
- Proven track record in leadership and team management.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software.
