Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and review of annual and semi-annual financial statements for various investment funds.
- Ensure all financial reporting is compliant with US GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Support the Net Asset Value (NAV) calculation process and perform rigorous quality control checks on financial data.
- Liaise with external auditors to provide necessary documentation and resolve queries during year-end audit cycles.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the reporting cycle.
- Monitor and analyze fund expenses, distributions, and capital activity to ensure accurate ledger entries.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Global Technology and Operations to resolve data discrepancies.
- Maintain a strong internal control environment in accordance with SOX and departmental policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
- At least 1-3 years of professional experience in fund accounting, audit, or financial reporting.
- A CPA license or progress toward a professional accounting certification is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of financial products, including derivatives, equities, and fixed-income securities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas).
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with global stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict regulatory deadlines.
