About the Role
Oriental Yuhong is seeking a highly motivated Funded Sales Manager to drive our business growth in the Indonesian market. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, contractors, and consultants. Your primary objective is to ensure that our product specifications are accurately integrated into major projects while achieving aggressive sales targets. You will act as the bridge between our technical teams and external partners, ensuring mutual success and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with developers, contractors, and consultants to foster trust and business continuity.
- Ensure product specifications align perfectly with project requirements and facilitate smooth project integration.
- Identify new market opportunities and lead negotiations to secure contracts and close deals effectively.
- Collaborate closely with internal technical and product teams to address client needs and customize solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance overall team capabilities and drive collective success.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the construction, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong understanding of technical product specifications and their application in construction projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales management or senior sales role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
