We are seeking a high-caliber and strategic Funding Director to join our team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our capital acquisition strategy, responsible for bridging the gap between our operational vision and financial sustainability. You will serve as the primary liaison between the organization, financial institutions, and high-net-worth investors.
The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Indonesian financial landscape, a robust network within the banking sector, and a proven track record of securing complex funding deals. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to ensure sufficient capital liquidity for company operations.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with commercial banks, private equity firms, and institutional investors.
- Lead negotiations for credit facilities, corporate loans, and equity financing arrangements.
- Conduct regular financial modeling and risk assessment to optimize the company's capital structure.
- Oversee investor relations activities, ensuring clear communication of financial health and growth prospects.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes in the Indonesian financial sector.
- Prepare detailed funding reports and presentations for the Board of Directors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA certification preferred).
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, or investment banking.
- Deep-rooted network of contacts within Indonesian financial institutions.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence high-level stakeholders.
- Strong technical expertise in financial analysis, debt structuring, and market risk management.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English is essential.
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure deal-closing environments.
