Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in funding management or financial strategy roles
- Proven track record in securing capital from diverse financial sources
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and market analysis
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite
- CFA or FRM certification preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
