Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and evaluate funding opportunities from banks, financial institutions, and alternative lenders
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations
- Prepare compelling funding proposals and financial models aligned with organizational objectives
- Manage the end-to-end funding process from initial outreach to disbursement
- Monitor compliance with funding agreements and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to align funding strategies with business growth targets
- Conduct market research to identify emerging funding trends and opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in partnership development, banking, or financial services
- Proven track record in securing funding from financial institutions
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling and proposal development
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
