We are partnering with a prestigious, established asset management firm in Singapore to appoint a meticulous Funds Management Executive for a 1-year contract. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the middle-to-back office operations, ensuring the seamless execution of fund administration and reporting workflows.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily administration and oversight of investment funds, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate with fund administrators, custodians, and external auditors to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor cash flow, handle fund subscriptions and redemptions, and reconcile account statements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for fund transactions and ensure data integrity in the management system.
- Support the team in conducting periodic AML/KYC checks and other regulatory compliance documentation.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects related to process improvement and system upgrades within the funds management department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related professional qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in fund administration, investment operations, or corporate accounting.
- Strong understanding of Singapore regulatory requirements for asset management firms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with financial accounting software.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to manage complex data sets with high accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a professional team setting.
- Ability to commit to a 1-year contract engagement starting immediately.
