Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the respectful transport and handling of deceased persons in accordance with company protocols and local regulations.
- Coordinate with the funeral director to prepare service venues, including setting up floral arrangements, equipment, and audiovisual aids.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic standards of the funeral home and service areas.
- Provide operational support during religious or non-religious funeral services to ensure smooth proceedings.
- Assist in the administrative preparation of necessary documentation and funeral service logistics.
- Ensure that all equipment and transport vehicles are maintained and in good working order.
- Manage inventory of funeral supplies and replenishment of necessary stock.
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and empathy when interacting with grieving families and visitors.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Levels or equivalent educational background.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing or logistics role is highly preferred; experience in the funeral industry is a distinct advantage.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license is preferred for transportation duties.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, composed, and empathetic personality.
- Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by the nature of the industry.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks with care and discretion.
- Fluent in English and capable of communicating effectively with diverse groups of people.
