- Oversee all funeral arrangements and ensure services are conducted according to family wishes and company standards
- Coordinate with families to understand their needs and preferences for funeral services
- Manage and supervise funeral staff, including assigning tasks and providing guidance
- Coordinate with vendors, including casket suppliers, florists, and crematoriums
- Ensure all facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Handle administrative tasks, including documentation, record-keeping, and client correspondence
- Provide compassionate support and guidance to grieving families throughout the funeral process
- Implement and maintain health and safety protocols in accordance with industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in funeral services or related customer service industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain compassionate and professional in emotionally charged situations
- Knowledge of funeral customs and practices in Singapore
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license (if required for transportation of remains or equipment)
