Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor industrial furnaces to maintain optimal temperature and production parameters
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent downtime
- Monitor production quality and document operational data accurately
- Adhere strictly to safety procedures and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize furnace efficiency
- Inspect and maintain furnace components including refractory materials
- Respond to equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent technical qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in industrial furnace operation
- Basic knowledge of metallurgical processes and aluminum production
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in rotating shifts and physically demanding environments
- Certification in industrial safety (OSHA/ISO preferred)
- Proficient in basic data recording and equipment monitoring
