Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for furniture and coating machinery in the Banten region
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with furniture manufacturers and industrial clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical consultations for coating equipment solutions
- Prepare and present customized proposals aligned with client production needs
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective negotiation and closing
- Collaborate with technical team to provide post-sales support and client training
- Generate regular sales reports and market trend analyses for management review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in industrial machinery or furniture sector
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in technical sales
- Strong understanding of furniture production processes and coating technologies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to present technical concepts
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
- Ability to travel throughout Banten region for client meetings and site visits
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for technical documentation
