VCUS Furniture, a premier Singapore-based furniture supplier, is looking for a passionate and results-driven Furniture Consultant to join our growing team in Serangoon. We specialize in providing high-quality office furniture, sofas, and custom-made furniture solutions for corporate clients and interior designers.
As a Furniture Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial inquiry to final delivery. You will utilize your sales expertise and product knowledge to recommend furniture that meets both aesthetic and functional requirements. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment with strong earning potential through base salary and commissions.
Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting product options, preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with our logistics team to ensure timely delivery. You will also maintain showroom displays and stay updated on the latest furniture trends.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for interior design, and a strong desire to succeed in sales. - Greet and engage customers to identify their furniture needs and preferences.
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations for office and home furniture.
- Prepare and present accurate quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close sales effectively.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams for custom furniture orders.
- Maintain showroom displays and ensure products are attractively presented.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in furniture sales, retail, or B2B sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret floor plans and furniture specifications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Knowledge of the Singapore furniture market is an advantage.
