You will work alongside experienced craftsmen, learning how to operate industrial woodworking machinery such as circular saws, routers, edge banders, and sanders. Your responsibilities will span from raw material preparation and component cutting to final assembly and finishing. Furthermore, this role integrates with our logistics chain, where you will assist in preparing finished goods for delivery and ensuring raw materials are properly received and stored. Understanding the flow from production to logistics is a key part of the training. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and works efficiently in a team-oriented environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain woodworking machinery and power tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling furniture components.
- Perform cabinet assembly, including fitting doors, drawers, hardware, and trims according to work orders.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, cutting lists, and production specifications.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure finished products meet company standards.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in sanding, staining, and finishing furniture surfaces to achieve a polished look.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training to develop advanced skills in cabinetry and manufacturing processes.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in cabinet installation, furniture making, or carpentry (training provided for highly motivated candidates with less experience).
- Possess a minimum of SPM, SKM (Woodworking), or equivalent vocational qualification.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with using hand tools and power tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Physically fit and capable of standing, lifting, and manual labor for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be willing to work full-time and be based in Kota Bharu, Kelantan.
