Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop innovative furniture concepts from ideation to production-ready specifications
- Create detailed technical drawings, 2D layouts, and 3D models using industry-standard software
- Ensure designs align with functional requirements, aesthetic standards, and manufacturing capabilities
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve design challenges and optimize manufacturing processes
- Research and recommend appropriate materials, finishes, and construction techniques
- Stay current with global furniture design trends, sustainability practices, and technological advancements
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Furniture Design, or related field
- 2+ years of professional furniture design experience with portfolio showcasing production-ready work
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong understanding of materials science, manufacturing processes, and furniture construction
- Excellent spatial reasoning, technical drawing skills, and aesthetic sensibility
- Ability to balance creative vision with practical manufacturing constraints
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
