Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of furniture products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Identify and document defects, damages, or deviations from specifications, reporting findings to production supervisors
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures, including developing inspection checklists and quality metrics
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Train production staff on quality standards and best practices for furniture manufacturing
- Monitor supplier materials and components to ensure they meet quality requirements
- Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, findings, and corrective actions
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality and manufacturing processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in quality assurance, preferably in furniture manufacturing
- Knowledge of furniture materials, construction techniques, and industry standards
- Strong attention to detail with excellent observation and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with quality control methodologies and tools, such as statistical process control
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting quality issues
- Proficiency in using quality management software and reporting tools
