Tanggung Jawab
- Sell premium furniture collections to individual and commercial clients through showroom visits and project consultations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, contractors, and property developers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential and commercial sectors
- Exceed monthly sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion strategies
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling guidance to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with design teams to deliver customized furniture solutions for projects
- Track sales performance and maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in furniture, interior design, or luxury retail
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong network within Jakarta's design and construction industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or Interior Design preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating furniture styling or project sales achievements
