Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth
- Promote Indovickers' furniture products through effective presentations and demonstrations
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions
- Prepare and present sales proposals with accurate pricing and product specifications
- Close sales deals and maintain accurate sales records and documentation
- Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations
- Collaborate with the design team to offer customized furniture solutions when needed
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in furniture sales or related retail industry is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
- Basic knowledge of furniture materials, construction, and design principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using sales software and Microsoft Office applications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English languages
