Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for financial markets and regulatory compliance? Q2 Hr Solutions Inc. is seeking a diligent FX Regulatory and Onboarding Specialist to join our team for a 6-month contract engagement in the heart of Bonifacio Global City.
In this role, you will play a critical part in facilitating seamless client onboarding experiences while ensuring rigorous adherence to FX regulatory standards. You will act as a bridge between internal departments and stakeholders, maintaining accuracy in documentation and ensuring all trackers remain up-to-date in a fast-paced banking environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to gain hands-on experience in global FX operations and regulatory workflows within a reputable organization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process for Foreign Exchange (FX) services, ensuring all KYC and AML requirements are met.
- Prepare and review regulatory documentation to ensure compliance with financial authorities and internal policies.
- Maintain and update department trackers to provide real-time visibility on onboarding status and regulatory audit trails.
- Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Compliance, and Front Office teams to resolve onboarding bottlenecks.
- Identify and escalate potential compliance risks or documentation discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of regular reporting for management regarding onboarding volume and regulatory status.
- Support process improvement initiatives to streamline FX documentation and data collection workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in FX operations, banking compliance, or client onboarding.
- Strong understanding of AML/KYC regulations and global financial market documentation requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations in a professional manner.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when handling legal or regulatory documents.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and meet tight project deadlines.
- Working knowledge of FX products and transaction lifecycles is a significant advantage.
