- Manage foreign exchange and derivative product coverage for corporate clients, local financial institutions, and government entities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the client base and increase market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Provide market insights and product knowledge to clients to help them make informed decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in FX sales or trading, preferably in a bank or financial institution
- Strong knowledge of foreign exchange markets, products, and regulations
- Proven track record in developing and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Professional certifications such as CFA or FRM are highly desirable
