Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer support for gadget account inquiries, billing concerns, and technical troubleshooting
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction and retention rates
- Process account modifications, updates, and service requests using CRM systems
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate account information
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex gadget-related problems
- Meet and exceed performance metrics for call handling, resolution time, and quality
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies through continuous training
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months of customer service or call center experience
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
