In this role, you will be the face of our store, acting as a knowledgeable consultant for our customers while ensuring a smooth, efficient checkout experience.
We are seeking someone who enjoys staying updated on the latest mobile trends, gadgets, and accessories. If you have a knack for customer service and take pride in providing exceptional retail experiences, we want to hear from you. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales, managing transactions, and ensuring our customers leave the store satisfied with both their purchase and the service they received.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting walk-in clients with a professional attitude.
- Act as a brand ambassador, explaining product features, technical specifications, and benefits to customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS (Point of Sale) system while handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries with patience and effective problem-solving skills.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure that product displays are organized, attractive, and updated.
- Manage inventory records and assist with routine stock-taking activities to ensure product availability.
- Cross-sell complementary products and accessories to enhance the customer's overall purchase value.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, particularly in consumer electronics or gadget stores, is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to operate POS systems and perform basic arithmetic with high accuracy.
- Deep interest in the latest mobile technology, smart devices, and digital trends.
- Resilient under pressure, especially during busy store hours or holiday seasons.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency is a plus.
