Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with customers to understand their digital needs and recommend suitable gadget solutions.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and explain technical specifications in a simple, easy-to-understand manner.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring smooth checkout experiences.
- Actively listen to customer complaints or inquiries, providing professional, empathetic, and effective solutions.
- Maintain the visual appeal and cleanliness of the store display area to ensure a premium shopping environment.
- Assist in stock replenishment, inventory tracking, and quality checks for incoming products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest tech trends and product launches to provide knowledgeable advice.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a technical sales role is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
- Passionate about mobile technology, gadgets, and consumer electronics.
- Proficient in handling cash transactions and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer requests simultaneously.
- Must be willing to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and maintain composure under pressure.
