Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively approach customers to introduce and sell a wide variety of consumer electronics, smartphones, and accessories.
- Provide exceptional pre-sales and after-sales support, including product demonstrations and troubleshooting assistance.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Manage daily sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the sales team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash/card payments.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest market trends, competitor pricing, and new gadget releases.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales software or POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, if required.
- A genuine interest in technology and consumer electronics.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
