In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our gaming ecosystem, ensuring an inclusive, engaging, and professional environment for our players.
As a GMC, you will act as the bridge between our development team and our players. You will handle in-game moderation, community engagement strategies, and event management to ensure our users have an unparalleled gaming experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor in-game activity to ensure a safe, fair, and welcoming environment for all players.
- Act as the primary point of contact for community inquiries, feedback, and issue reporting.
- Plan, organize, and execute community events and tournaments to boost player engagement.
- Collaborate with the social media team to create compelling content that keeps our community informed and excited.
- Identify and escalate technical issues or bugs reported by the community to the development team.
- Moderate forums, Discord channels, and social media groups to maintain community guidelines.
- Gather and analyze player feedback to provide insights for improving game features and service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Community Management, Customer Support, or a similar role within the gaming industry.
- Deep understanding of gaming culture, trends, and player behavior.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflict with patience and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using Discord, social media management tools, and community analytics platforms.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as required by the gaming community schedule.
