Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and respond to incoming customer inquiries via email and real-time chat support channels.
  • Diagnose and resolve player issues related to account access, in-game purchases, or technical glitches.
  • Collaborate with the game development and support teams to escalate bugs and feature requests.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM database.
  • Ensure all responses adhere to company tone of voice and quality assurance standards.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is met.
  • Participate in team training sessions to enhance product knowledge and operational efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Excellent written English communication skills with a strong command of grammar and tone.
  • Basic computer literacy and fast typing skills (at least 30-40 WPM).
  • Passion for online gaming and familiarity with gaming terminology and ecosystems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize inquiries in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Previous experience in call center or customer service is a plus but not strictly required.
