Beyond player support, you'll uphold our high standards of cleanliness by sanitizing equipment, organizing gaming areas, and restocking essential supplies. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to gamers, assisting with game setups, instructions, and troubleshooting
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of gaming stations and common areas
- Monitor gaming zones to ensure optimal equipment functionality and player satisfaction
- Assist in enforcing gaming rules and safety protocols
- Restock gaming supplies and amenities as needed
- Report technical issues or maintenance requirements to supervisors
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive gaming environment for all patrons
- Perform opening/closing procedures for gaming stations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
- Basic knowledge of gaming consoles and electronic equipment preferred
