Tanggung Jawab
- Manage various table games (e.g., Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette) with high precision and adherence to established rules.
- Facilitate smooth gameplay while ensuring a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for all guests.
- Maintain strict compliance with internal control policies and regulatory requirements regarding gaming operations.
- Accurately handle cash transactions, chip exchanges, and payouts with high attention to detail.
- Address guest queries and resolve minor disputes professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor the gaming floor for irregular activities and report them immediately to supervisors.
- Collaborate effectively with pit managers and surveillance teams to uphold integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent educational qualification.
- Prior experience in a casino, hotel, or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for those with the right attitude.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken, to interact with a diverse clientele.
- Excellent numerical skills and high mental alertness.
- Must be comfortable working on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a professional, groomed, and pleasant personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with consistency.
- Must be at least 21 years of age (statutory requirement for casino operations).
