We offer a highly competitive compensation package of $2,200 – $2,800 per month, inclusive of basic salary and various attractive allowances. Tanggung Jawab
- Deal a variety of table games (e.g., Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat) according to established procedures and regulations.
- Interact professionally and enthusiastically with players to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Handle and manage chips, cash, and casino tokens accurately and securely.
- Monitor the gaming table for irregularities and ensure strict compliance with gaming laws and casino policies.
- Assist in cashiering duties and settling player accounts accurately at the end of each shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional gaming station throughout your shift.
- Collaborate effectively with the Pit Boss and other gaming staff to maintain smooth operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Strong numerical aptitude and basic math skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Excellent customer service orientation and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and nights.
- Must possess a high level of integrity, reliability, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Previous experience in customer service or gaming is preferred but not required for entry-level applicants.
