As a Gantry Crane Operator, you will be responsible for the safe operation of overhead cranes to move, lift, and position heavy materials and products. You will play a critical role in our supply chain and production processes, ensuring that operations run smoothly and on schedule.

Tanggung Jawab
- Operate gantry crane to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform pre-operational inspections, routine maintenance, and report any defects or issues.
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and storage areas following established procedures.
- Communicate effectively with ground crew using hand signals, radios, or other communication devices.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, regulations, and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of crane operations, inspections, and load movements.
- Assist in rigging and securing loads to prevent damage or accidents.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to optimize workflow and meet targets.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Gantry Crane Operator certification or license.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience operating gantry cranes in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, load charts, and crane operating procedures.
- Ability to interpret hand signals, tags, and other communication methods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Physical stamina, good hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
