The Kana Kuta Hotel, located at Setiabudi Street No. 8 Kuta (Simpang Siur), is seeking a dedicated Gardener to maintain our lush tropical landscapes. Join our team to create stunning outdoor experiences for international guests while working in Bali's vibrant hospitality environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily gardening tasks including planting, watering, pruning, and weeding
- Maintain hotel grounds including gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor plant health and apply pest control measures as needed
- Assist in seasonal garden planning and landscaping projects
- Collaborate with maintenance team for integrated property upkeep
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Previous gardening or landscaping experience required
- Knowledge of tropical plant species and care techniques
- Ability to perform physical tasks in varying weather conditions
- Basic understanding of irrigation systems and soil management
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetic awareness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid work permit if applicable for non-Indonesian candidates
