Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness across all restaurant/bar areas including dining spaces, kitchen, and restrooms
- Execute daily cleaning schedules using industry-standard techniques and equipment
- Adhere strictly to hygiene and sanitation regulations to meet health standards
- Manage waste disposal and recycling systems efficiently
- Perform deep cleaning tasks during off-peak hours as required
- Monitor and report maintenance issues for prompt resolution
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operational flow
- Stock and maintain cleaning supplies inventory
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional cleaning service experience
- Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols and cleaning chemicals
- Physical stamina for extended standing, bending, and lifting tasks
- Attention to detail with ability to spot and address cleanliness issues
- Reliability and punctuality with consistent work ethic
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia or English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of local health and safety regulations
