Join our dedicated team at The Kana Kuta Hotel Bali as a Gardener and help create a stunning tropical paradise for our guests. We're seeking a passionate horticulture professional to maintain the hotel's lush gardens, ensuring our outdoor spaces remain vibrant and immaculate. This full-time position requires hands-on expertise in plant care, irrigation management, and landscape maintenance. You'll work closely with our hospitality team to enhance the guest experience through beautiful, well-maintained grounds. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a deep appreciation for Bali's unique flora. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily plant care including watering, pruning, and fertilization
- Maintain lawns, flower beds, trees, and decorative plant displays
- Operate gardening equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor plant health and identify/treat pest or disease issues
- Assist with seasonal planting and landscape design adjustments
- Ensure all garden areas meet hotel cleanliness and safety standards
- Collaborate with the maintenance team for irrigation system upkeep
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in professional gardening or horticulture
- Knowledge of tropical plant species and care requirements
- Physical ability to perform outdoor tasks in tropical climate
- Basic understanding of irrigation systems and garden tools
- Ability to work independently and follow maintenance schedules
- Good communication skills for team coordination
- Relevant certification in horticulture preferred
