In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of garment orders, acting as the key liaison between our buyers and production teams. You will ensure that every piece meets our stringent quality standards while adhering to strict delivery schedules. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end garment orders from initial buyer inquiries to final shipment.
- Coordinate closely with production teams to ensure adherence to timelines and technical specifications.
- Monitor production quality to ensure compliance with international standards and buyer requirements.
- Communicate effectively with buyers regarding order status, fabric approvals, and revision requests.
- Oversee sampling, costing, and material sourcing to optimize production efficiency.
- Ensure timely delivery and coordinate with logistics partners for shipping.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare necessary reports for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in garment merchandising or production management.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, textile materials, and production processes.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is highly preferred.
