As part of our production team, you will inspect finished garments to identify defects such as stitching errors, fabric flaws, or accessory issues. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough visual and physical inspections of finished garments to identify defects, such as stitching errors, fabric damage, or button malfunctions.
- Sort and classify products based on quality standards, separating approved items from those requiring rework or rejection.
- Collaborate with production supervisors and sewing teams to communicate quality issues and suggest improvements for the workflow.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and log daily production data to track quality metrics.
- Ensure the inspection area remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety and hygiene regulations.
- Adhere to company quality control protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMK/STM) is preferred.
- Previous experience in garment manufacturing, fashion production, or quality assurance is a plus but not strictly required for entry-level candidates.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot even the smallest imperfections in fabric or stitching.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills to read work instructions and record data accurately.
- Good teamwork and communication skills to interact effectively with the production crew.
