Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all day-to-day gateway and distribution operations to ensure seamless cargo flow.
- Ensure the timely, safe, and accurate dispatch and delivery of all shipments.
- Lead, train, and evaluate a team of warehouse staff, drivers, and logistics coordinators.
- Monitor daily inventory, track outbound shipments, and proactively resolve any logistical bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with regional management to optimize delivery routes and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure strict compliance with company safety protocols, operational standards, and local regulations.
- Generate and analyze operational reports, presenting key performance metrics to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Gateway Manager, Hub Manager, or similar leadership role in logistics/cargo.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of successfully managing and motivating a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to operational detail.
- Proficiency in using logistics tracking software and standard office applications.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with staff and management.
