Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the global GDS partnership strategy for emerging tech ecosystems, aligning with EY’s broader business goals.
- Build and manage high-value relationships with strategic technology partners, platform providers, and niche start-ups.
- Collaborate with global service line leaders to identify ecosystem-driven opportunities and co-develop client-facing solutions.
- Establish joint go-to-market (GTM) frameworks and drive alliance enablement programs across GDS hubs.
- Track and manage performance KPIs, pipeline creation, and revenue impact driven by emerging technology alliances.
- Act as a key advisor to internal leadership, highlighting emerging tech trends, partner capabilities, and market opportunities.
- Navigate complex corporate structures to streamline partnership agreements, compliance processes, and collaborative sales efforts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred.
- 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in technology alliance management, strategic partnerships, or business development.
- Strong working knowledge of emerging technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP), IoT, and Automation.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling corporate alliances within a global matrixed organization or tier-1 consulting firm.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives.
- Results-oriented mindset with experience defining partnership metrics and driving revenue/pipeline enablement.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
