Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound travel requests including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and car rentals using GDS systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with itinerary changes, cancellations, and inquiries.
  • Ensure accuracy in reservations and adherence to airline and travel policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve booking issues and discrepancies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, visa requirements, and promotions.
  • Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and process efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1 year of experience in travel reservations or a similar GDS role.
  • Proficiency in GDS platforms (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is an advantage.
