Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound travel requests including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and car rentals using GDS systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with itinerary changes, cancellations, and inquiries.
- Ensure accuracy in reservations and adherence to airline and travel policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve booking issues and discrepancies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, visa requirements, and promotions.
- Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and process efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in travel reservations or a similar GDS role.
- Proficiency in GDS platforms (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is an advantage.
